Celebrate and honor the birth of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Georgia during Founders’ Weekend & our Spring Gathering for the SIXTH EPISCOPAL DISTRICT’S FOUNDERS’ WEEKEND.

April 21 – 23, 2023

On behalf of Bishop Thomas L. & Dr. Louise Brown, you are invited to come, celebrate and honor the birth of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in Georgia! Founders’ Weekend, our Spring Gathering, hosted by our mother church, Trinity CME Church, Reverend Tommie Benjamin, pastor, will be held Friday, April 21 through Sunday, April 23, 2023. Registration for the weekend in person is $50 if you would like to attend.

We have all been asked to worship together on Sunday, April 23rd for for historic Inaugural Founders' Weekend Communion Sunday Worship Service (Hybrid: In-Person & Zoom)

There will be no in person worship service at Williams Chapel CME Church on this day. Instead, join us on Zoom, Facebook, or YouTube.
